Diagnosis

  Our task consists of performing a very precise analysis of the customer company's IP (information processing) systems, following a methodology based on four steps :

• (1)needs identification : study of the company objectives and strategy, definition of relevant IP requirements ;
• (2)current process analysis : existing practices, implemented technologies, sources and nature of processed information ;
• (3)assessment of the gap between needs and current processes
• (4)recommended changes (*)

(*) A detailed study of best practices (peers or leading actors from other industry) can be performed during this step.
